The state of health at the time of both observations is good. it didn't get worse.

The phenomena were observed twice in April and December (12/28/88) 1988. Both times the morning time is around 8-15.

The observations were carried out from the cab of a car moving along the Murmansk highway (in the area of 74 km). The discrepancies between the first and second observations are about 15 km (the first observation is east along the highway) (12/28/88 Kamaz diz. dvig.) In both cases, the "object" is represented by a very brightly glowing, central part in the form of a circle (ball) with angular dimensions almost like a lunar full disk (the size of a thumb nail of an outstretched hand), surrounded by a glowing halo of a regular round shape. Less bright, but also very intense.

the size of the halo is 15-20 diameters of the inner core.

Many rays radiated from the core, limited by a halo. The "object" had clear borders, but not "cropped" ones. Visually it seemed like a ball. A broken plume emanated from the ball.

The "objects" were white flowers, very bright, evoked speech in the eyes.

The phenomenon was noticed immediately, unexpectedly to the right of the highway. The viewing angle is about 50-60 degrees (relative to the highway) the altitude is about 30 degrees above the horizon.

The "object" was moving from south to north. In 15 seconds, it moved to the corner mark of about degrees, i.e. almost over the highway. He stopped. The halo disappeared, the inner bright part remained, which was observed during the next 2 hours. Then everything disappeared. The plume from the object was observed throughout the day.
