I am contacting you at this address published in the newspaper "Izvestia" dated 30.07.84.

I want to make some reports about anomalous phenomena in the atmosphere.

In October 1983. I, along with the medical aid driver, saw a brightly glowing object in the morning about 7-8 hours, which moved at a much higher altitude, gave the impression of a very large star or a glowing ball behind which the same glow diverged almost at right angles, the object moved parallel to the horizon for a while, then slowed down its movement, maybe changed its trajectory the flight, moving away from the earth, gradually began to fade and the stripes began to fan out from it, creating the impression of rotation of this object in a spiral.

The object disappeared, and the stripes or the trace were gradually melted away for some time.
