In 1982, I was in the service in the SAV of Kirov. It was February, 4 o'clock in the morning, the weather was quiet, the sky was covered with solid clouds. Our company was walking along a deserted street.

When I accidentally looked up, my first thought was that there was a crescent moon above me, then I remembered that the sky was cloudy and looked more closely.

The sickle was moving at a noticeable speed from north to south. Ahead, in the direction of movement, a searchlight beam was visible, if you can call it that. When the "sickle" was moving, it illuminated the lower boundary of the clouds. This indicated that he was moving somewhere near the cloud layer. Behind the "sickle", he himself was very bright, in fact, like the crescent moon, two jet jets were dimly visible, or something very similar to them, most likely similar, because the "sickle" was moving completely silently. Therefore, neither an airplane nor a helicopter, especially, he could not be. And yet, it seemed that there was still some dark part behind the sickle. I have not seen this phenomenon or object alone. We watched his movements for 5-7 minutes, then he disappeared over the horizon.
