About the same case happened a year ago over Kiev at about 22 hours, but there were 4 red lights, and a balloon was flying behind at a distance of 100 m. Then this ball caught up with the red lights, attached itself to the head and flew across the Paton Bridge towards a\n Borispol. He flew just as silently.
