Initial data
The hosts of one of the Argentine TV shows were stumped when a camera mounted on the street captured a phenomenon that looked like a ghost.
According to local media, a strange incident occurred last Friday during the release of the Fenómenos program, which tells about significant meteorological events taking place in the country and the world.
During the usual live broadcast, host Mathias Bertolotti was giving a weather forecast for the upcoming weekend, and at that moment the program switched to the image from the camera installed on the embankment in the city of Corrientes.
And although it would seem that none of the participants in the program noticed anything unusual at that moment, one attentive viewer noticed something very creepy.
The creepy footage, which was quickly shared on social networks, shows a ghostly figure running along the embankment, part of whose body is visible, and the rest of the parts are transparent.
It is noteworthy that during the broadcast, information about this eerie sight reached the hosts of the show, and they reacted to it with understandable amazement.
"Look what happened live," host Jose Bianco marveled, showing the video. "This is a man who runs and disappears. He has no legs," a bewildered Bertolotti replied and assured the audience that these were indeed live broadcast footage.
What do you think was filmed on the embankment during the program?
Hypotheses
Illusions associated with the refraction and reflection of light
Reflection is a physical process of interaction of waves or particles with the surface, changing the direction of the wave front at the boundary of two media with different properties, in which the wave front returns into the medium from which it came. The reflection may be specular (that is, such as is observed when using a mirror) or diffuse (in this case, the reflection is not saved the path of the rays from the object, but only the energy component of the luminous flux) depending on the nature of the surface.
Mounting
Photo editing began to be used almost immediately after the advent of photography techniques. They were divided into methods of photomontage without manipulation of the image after receiving the photo and retouching of the photo itself or its negative (plate, film, etc.)
