Residents of Michurinsk, Tambov region, testify to you that on the night of May 14-15, 1981 at 1 hour 45 min. we have witnessed the following phenomenon:

About 15 km from Michurinsk, northeast of the city, at an altitude of 2 ka, a glowing ball appeared in the sky, emitting light like street lamps. the size of this ball was 5 times smaller than the moon. Then white-gray clouds appeared from this ball, which began to grow and spread out in the form of a jellyfish. On the ground under the ball, the earth was illuminated with red light, the area of illumination was about 5 by 1 km. Then a black square appeared in the center of the cloud formation, where the ball was, and the ball began to slowly move away and then completely disappeared towards the north. A whitish rim appeared along the perimeter of the square and the same whitish stripes were divided along with the outer cloud and spread smoothly and disappeared completely after 5-7 minutes. There was only one cloud left, which also gradually dissolved and after about 15 minutes completely disappeared without leaving any trace.
