There is a strong blue glow around the ball, like a halo. It was observed at 01.45-01.49 (summer, Moscow). It was observed strictly in the northern part of the horizon, the angular height is 30 °. the shape is an orange ball. The size is 30°.
It shifted in a northerly direction with a change in color, followed by a trail like a trace of an airplane. The color of the ball is orange, the color is inversion. The trace is languid gray. There was no sound.
