Around June 12, 1981, L, my brother Sergey and Tomenko Oleg were fishing on the bay. At 01:30, I was lighting a bonfire and, suddenly, I saw an object in the sky above the horizon (in the direction of the TV tower), taking off in a spiral.

Approximately at an altitude of 60 ° from the horizon, the object hovered and four luminous dots separated from it. They flew down as one. The upper point quickly went out or disappeared. The weather was quiet. There was no sound from the object. During its takeoff, the birds woke up and began to chatter loudly. We got scared. See Figure 1.

Rockets were launched from the ships.

Then the object had curved rays and it began to approach us. There were about eight beams. Then a shadow appeared around the object and the rays began to lag behind it. Finally they were left behind. See Figure 2.

The object flew in our direction for 10 seconds, stopped and released rays. See Fig.3.

Then the object flew over the bay to the northwest. Its speed was much higher than the speed of the aircraft. After 1 min, he disappeared. The bird calmed down after that. The spiral in the sky glowed for a long time.

There was a moon in the sky.

Before this incident, I had heard about the existence of UFOs.

I saw him for the first time in 1976 at 22 h . Then I went out on the porch. In the southeast, I saw a circle of regular shape in the sky. Its diameter is 100-120 m . He covered the stars with himself. Then the stars began to open quickly.

In August 1978, at 02 o'clock at night, I was on the tower (then I worked in security). Suddenly I saw a balloon flying parallel to the lake in the Oryol Park. The balloon flew for 8 seconds, then dropped, abruptly went out. Immediately I heard a splash of water. The observation lasted 1 min.
