Observer: Oleynikov Grigory Demyanovich, captain of the scow "Kama".

In September 1967, the Kama was in the Vyborg Bay. The day was overcast. At about 1:30 a.m., the captain of the Kama, while on the bridge, noticed a body glowing milky white descending through the clouds. When the object descended so much that it came out from behind the clouds, it hovered at an altitude of about 400 m. An eyewitness identified it as a disk with a diameter of about 15 m. The contours are clear. On the lower part of the object

an eyewitness discerned rectangular formations resembling nozzles, from which flames were escaping. The object remained motionless for about two minutes. Was

bright, but not blinding, without separation of components and inversion. There were no effects on people and devices. The object disappeared from the observer's field of view, taking off rapidly. There is no sound. By the time of takeoff, the clouds had dissipated and an eyewitness observed a similar object two kilometers from the Kama. Before takeoff, the intensity of the glow in the "nozzles" increased dramatically. No consequences characteristic of AYA were identified.

No one else from the crew of the Kama observed the object. In the immediate vicinity of the "Kama", there was a vessel "Novorossiysk", where the object was observed by the boatswain.
