I, Rakhimov Safor Bobokhonovich, on January 2, 1990, at 3:10 a.m., I stood at the post and saw: a round-shaped luminous object hung for 50 minutes and emitted light from the side: white on the left side and red on the right side at a height of 30-40 meters from the ground, above the building.
He was white himself. At about 4-00, the object began to move with a climb and gaining altitude and disappeared, and in the morning at 8:30 a.m. a round object with a diameter of 3 kopecks hung in the sky and emitted light.
White and red, and then after 30 minutes disappeared without a trace.
