Initial data
To the Leningrad Commission for the Study of Anomalous Phenomena
Message: On January 3, 1990, from 9-00 to 9-30, a bright glowing object in the form of a blurry bright star was observed from the point of the Pushkin Hill.
The distance from the observation point was approximately (about 30 km). The height is approximately 8-10 000 (Vvyborgsky side area).
At 9-3- - 9-45, the glowing slowly (at the same height) began to move away towards the Karelian Isthmus.
The light from the object was focused from 2 points (brighter) and from one less bright above them. (Apparently due to the reflection of atmospheric air)
The main clarification should be, in my opinion, the possibility of the emergence of a race and its parallax movement at this time.
