Observers are retired Matsevskaya Lyudmila Alekseevna and Chalysheva Valentina Pavlovna. All observations were carried out from the house management office located on the 9th floor. There was a good view almost to the horizon line. The weather is cloudy, there was almost no wind, the air temperature is +8-10 degrees. Pipes of factories and thermal power plants of a high-rise building were used as observation points.
From July 2 to July 3, the weather was cloudy and similar objects were again observed through cloud gaps. One of them suddenly flashed and was illuminated for about 10-15 seconds. 3 yellow portholes and aft flickering red light were visible. The contours of the object were not visible, but presumably the object was cigar-shaped.
