An eyewitness noticed this last night over the Gulch area in Nashville, Tennessee.
I have no idea what it could be, there was no one nearby to ask, there were no cranes nearby, and it seemed that it was above the clouds. The sources did not shine floodlights, and he was in the same place in the sky until we left this place (at least 10 minutes). We also noticed that there were no sounds or any movements other than clouds obscuring the view. it glows slightly. I read that the space station was supposed to be visible in Nashville this weekend, but it was brief and described in a completely different way than what is shown in the video. I also took photos, but the video gives the full volume and shows how still everything is.

Noticed this last night above The Gulch area of Nashville, TN. No idea what it could be, no one else was around to ask, no cranes near by and it appeared to be above the clouds. There were no spot lights shinning from a sources, and it was sitting in the same spot in the sky until we left the area(at least 10 minutes) we also notice there were no sounds or movement of any kind other than the clouds obfuscating the lights slightly. I read there would have been space station visibility in Nashville this weekend, but it would brief and it was described completely differently than what is in the video. I took photos as well, but the video gives the full surround and shows how still it is.

Light sources on clouds
Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
Light (solar) pole
One of the most frequent types of halo, a visual phenomenon, an optical effect which is a vertical band of light stretching from the sun during sunset or sunrise.
Investigation
Most likely, this is the reflection of some light sources on clouds or ice crystals (a light column).
