In the summer of that year, we were vacationing in the country and we happened to see this phenomenon. The time was about 2 a.m. There was a brief rain before that. There was no moon. Our room lit up and we thought it was the light from the railway station, but because the light looked like the light from a falling rocket, one of us looked out the window and saw a large blue ball with broken observed rays. Its color was like a cold blue. It was a little bigger than a house, fell vertically down to the ground and disappeared. After a few minutes, I looked out the window again. There was nothing in that place, but looking at the sky, I saw that he was already in a horizontal position, moving, then showing up, then disappearing for some distance. Its rays also fluctuated, then faded, then lit up, but not all at once.
