Initial data
The Petrikov district. Three young men, resting on the banks of the Pripyat River (90 km west of the city of Mozyr) noticed at 18:00 on the eastern part of the sky a blue-white object consisting of 2 ellipsoid parts, almost touching their ends. Short rod-shaped protrusions were visible at the outer ends. The system was tilted to the horizon at an angle of about 45 degrees and maintained this position unchanged throughout the entire observation period.
The object was stationary and located high in the sky. After sunset (around 21-00), the glow of the object began to fade and after dark it became invisible.
