It was in 1976, at night, at about 3 o'clock, it was in winter (I don't remember a month). Suddenly, everything was illuminated (I was skiing, on duty) according to the impression - as if they were doing welding at night, but even brighter. I looked up, there was a glowing dot above my head (3-4 seconds, motionless) then darkness was restored. The height was high, but I will not describe it in more detail now.
