Mikhailov Valentin Mikhailovich writes to the Commission on AI:
Moscow region, Orudovo station, 85 km from Moscow. Time from 2-25 to 3-00
The starry sky. A dim ball appeared, without sharp outlines.
The ball began to lighten. It took a very regular circle shape, turned white to a light milky color. It suddenly began to emit a bright silvery light with shades and floated down.
The light took the form of another ball, which floated and rapidly increased. A light ball began to float out of the core of the ball to an enormous size.
The ball grew to a huge size and the inner ball shifted to the right, turned black.
The balloon continued to float and increase, hovering over the horizon.
It settled over the horizon and disappeared one-third behind it.
2 dark depressions formed to the right of it, and its milky color slowly began to fade from the horizon.
the ball turned red on the left, merged with the dark hollows, and the other continued to melt down from below.
The disappearance of the ball, the dissolution of the plume into separate pieces of black clouds (dots). The plume disappeared within an hour (until 4 a.m.).
Before disappearing, the ball began to flicker, fade, and disappeared.
