September 24, 1978, around 21-00. In the constellation of the Charioteer, I noticed a bright dot (approximately 0 magnitude), which, as it seemed to me, made several random movements. In May, I saw something similar, only the object was paler, and the looping chaotic movement looked more complicated. At that time, the object was at the zenith, and I thought that the strangeness in its movement was subjective in nature: I jerked my head up into the sky somewhat sharply, and there could be some kind of aberration in perception. But now it seems to me that the oddities in the movement are objective in nature. In both cases, the object quickly disappeared.
