I am reporting a UFO that was observed by V.N. Barabash, the radio organizer, S.I. Redkin, the builder and I, the head. The letters department of the Novoselitskaya district newspaper Avangard.

On November 21, 1978, at 17-25, an unusual orange-red "star" was suddenly noticed in the northeastern part of the sky. Its size corresponded to the size of the largest star, even slightly larger. She was moving smoothly at an angle to the horizon. The movement was observed for 30 seconds.

No one saw the appearance of this "star". Then we saw a kind of silent exhaust. After that, the color of the "star" changed, and it disappeared. Instead, a cone-shaped "ray" of light was formed, like the beam of a bright searchlight (color - white) in a haze. The light source itself was not visible. Only the cone of the "ray" was observed. This "ray" described in space another cone with its base facing the Earth.

All this happened within 3 minutes, in motion. after the exhaust from the "star" in radial directions, the "ring" began to slowly disperse and increase like a "ring" around the Moon on a frosty night. In terms of the intensity of the glow and the structure, it was very similar to these rings around the Moon. the space inside the regular circle formed by the "ring" had a lighter shade than the firmament itself, but its brightness was less than the "ring" itself. The phenomenon was observed for 3-4 minutes. Gradually, the circle itself dissolved.

The phenomenon took place in silence, without sound. It was dusk. The sky is cloudless. The sun's disk was already below the horizon. Rare stars were visible. At the same time, no emotional sensations were observed. Personally, I was just scared when I saw it. The other witnesses had no feelings other than interest.

Here's another detail: the next day in the evening, boys were running ahead of me and talking to each other.

 - Did you see something in the sky yesterday?

- I've seen it. This is God shining a flashlight from the sky!
