In the summer of 1982, I witnessed something similar. It was in the village of Gorki in the Peremyshlsky district of the Kaluga region. I cannot specify the exact time and date: it happened in early August between 22-00 and 23-00. the sky was overcast, and suddenly, among this dark mass, a piece of a red-yellow circle appeared, just like the Moon; but where could the Moon come from if not a single piece of clear sky was visible. And at the same time, the hum of the aircraft was heard, but unlike the last one, it did not increase or subside, but was monotonous.

Then, an object in the form of an ellipse with wavy edges appeared from behind the cloud, which were not stable, but "flowed" along the surface of this ellipse. Its color gradually turned from red-yellow to red-yellow, gradually turning into red with faintly pronounced dark, shapeless plates. The ellipse was moving directly towards me (if I may say so, a flock on the ground), increasing in size and without changing shape. The buzzing remained at the same height. Then, frankly, I felt uneasy and went home. When I came out again 10 minutes later, there was nothing, but only a buzzing sound.
