Borisov Grigory Nikolaevich (65 years old, retired) 09.02.89 was watching TV in the corridor, when he was called, saying that a UFO was visible, he ran and saw an object 5-6 cm long at arm's length through the window of the ward. Bright milky white at the edges, paler towards the center. In the center, you can see either the core or the circle of an indistinct outline. The external boundaries of the object are clear. The tire of the object is about 2 cm. The object moved from left to right and into the distance until it disappeared. The speed of movement is slower than the speed of a helicopter.
