It was at the end of March 1989 in the village of Tlyumbetovo in the Kugarchinsky district of Bashkiria.
In the evening, at 9 o'clock, we somehow started talking about UFOs and I wanted to go out into the yard. I went out. There was a feeling of fear, I looked around, looked up at the sky and saw a dark red ball the size of a football, which was moving approximately to the west.
The village is located near a gentle mountain with a height of 50 meters and the movement of the ball was approximately perpendicular to the mountain. The top of the mountain was the horizon for me. That night, the sky was cloudy, but the part of the horizon towards which the ball was moving was clear, at about 20 degrees to the right and left in the direction of movement. But I didn't see a star. Gradually, in 5-10 minutes, the ball shrank to the size of a tennis ball and I stopped seeing it.
I do not know what it was, I tried to describe it as I saw it.
