Sadykova Alla Borisovna observed a strange phenomenon in the area of the Neva River between the Krustovsky and Kalinnoostrovsky bridges on the night of November 16-17 at about 1 a.m.
I went for a walk with my dog on the Sandy embankment. Suddenly opposite (across the Neva) I saw a bright glowing red star (it was above the house). I noticed that she was slowly moving up, gaining speed, then she flew a little under the clouds and disappeared. Then it flashed again (I watched for about 1 minute).
