In September 1976, between 24 and 1 a.m. in the city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region, I saw an object. The impression is that they saw a "Badminton Shuttlecock" on the side.
The head glowed with a bright white light. The beam was bluish, expanding towards the end. He occupied almost half the sky. It ended rather abruptly. The glow was very bright. There were no stars in sight. All objects seemed bluish in the unusual lighting.
I had a dog with me that didn't react to this object in any way.
I felt a slight sense of depression, even some fear.
The object was moving, apparently unevenly, since in the time until I reached the 4th floor, he would not have had time to escape without changing speed. When I went out on the balcony, neither the object nor even its radiance was visible.
