In the quiet village of Green River, Wyoming, an unusual sight in the night sky has attracted the attention of both UFO enthusiasts and skeptics.
Richard Beckwith, Rock Springs City attorney and state director of the Mutual UFO Network, recently filmed a mysterious orange light dancing back and forth in the dark before disappearing completely.
The footage, shot early Sunday morning with a 400mm zoom lens camera firmly mounted on a tripod, shows bright orange lighting fluctuating in the sky for an amazing 40 minutes.
Beckwith, an experienced UFO researcher, immediately rejected any suggestion of camera shake, noting that the object's movement was too rhythmic and deliberate.
"I filmed this object east of Green River this morning, March 10, 2024, at 3:40 a.m. for over 40 minutes with a Sony AVIIR4 camera on a tripod with a Tamaron 100-400 zoom lens. The movement of the object is not the result of camera shake. In fact, the object is constantly oscillating back and forth. At about the 30th second of the video, which lasts more than 30 minutes, it throws out another object — a small white light. These objects appeared above Scotts Bottom Road and were seen by at least five other witnesses in different locations," Beckwith said.
Observing the steady rhythm of the anomaly, Beckwith faced more questions than answers. The appearance of secondary white light on the frames only added to the mystery.
Although some may be quick to claim alien involvement, Beckwith urges caution, reminding us that without further investigation, he will remain just an unidentified flying object – nothing more, nothing less.
