On the night of May 14-15, at about 01:30 a.m., high in the sky, I saw a cloud-like cluster of unusual shape, which was a fairly well-organized figure 8, slightly tilted to the left. The size of the formation is 3-4 diameters of the Moon. The stripes that made up the "eight" were dark gray, uneven but bright. The color transitions were smooth, resembling ordinary clouds illuminated from below and behind.

After about 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes, this cloud cover dispersed, it did not open: it seemed to have increased in size, its coloring became fainter (resembled a footprint from an airplane).

I observed the described phenomenon together with Irina Fedorova Shevchenko, a bridge mechanic, and Mikhail Urban, a policeman on duty.
