Initial data
Several lights can be seen in the dark sky, representing separate spheres. 1 or more. They were visible over the city of Follega.
From Lemmer, I took the A6 towards Jura. To the left of the window I saw several spheres (lights). Once, 1 ball flew in one direction. And a few on the other side. And the sphere also flew apart in different directions with unprecedented speed. Watch the video for an explanation.

FOLLEGA, FR — Vanaf Lemmer reed ik op de A6 richting Joure. Links vanuit het raam zag ik meerdere bol (lichten). De ene keer was het 1 bol die een kant uit ging. En de andere kant meerdere. En ook steeds een andere kant ging de bol uit met ongekende snelheid. Zie video voor verduidelijking.

Light sources on clouds
Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
