Viktor Ivanovich Terenkov writes to the Commission on AI:
On the night of May 20-21, 1977, while on vacation near Ufa, at about 4 o'clock, I saw an incredible movement (action) of one of the stars in the galaxy. Almost at the zenith, suddenly one of the stars abruptly moved, leaving behind a large fiery plume. then she returned to her seat, but the train was already smaller. But, surprisingly, she (the star) did not stop, but began to move again, but only making them zigzag.
Once in place, it was still shining brightly (the star seemed to have returned to its place). I'm sure it wasn't a comet.
