Initial data
Early in the morning on 07/23/77, Tikhonov In . I finished my observations on the BSHT - 80 mm. The sky was already brightening. Next to Venus, he noticed an object of about the same luminosity as Venus, greenish-yellow in color.
At the second stop, the object took an incomprehensible shape, and then split into two parts, after which the parts dispersed.
After a while, one of the parts split into two components again. Then one of the newly appeared parts joined the larger half. After that, she moved back to her starting position.
Then all three parts got closer, but did not connect. At the conclusion of all this, they separated again and disappeared from sight.
All this happened within 5-10 minutes (from 5:20 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.). An eyewitness notes the following: the separation of parts from the main object occurred very quickly, each division was accompanied by an "explosion", i.e. the release of a mushroom formation.
