The eyewitness was on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean:
I went into the room to sit on the balcony and noticed a bright light moving very fast.
When I returned to my room to sit on the ship's balcony, I noticed a bright object moving everywhere. As you can see in the video, the nearest land is hundreds of miles away from me, I personally asked the cruise ship and he said they don't use drones, and drones are suitable for people to take them on board. He said that maybe Mexico was doing something.
