Electronic engineers for NKMZ Ksenzhuk Stanislav and Voshchenko Yuri write to the Commission on AI:

We hope that we were informed earlier through Anatoly Sidorenko, a student at KHTU. We are interested in the state of affairs in many areas of modern science and technology, including AI information.

A number of such phenomena have been directly observed by us, as well as by our closest friends and relatives.

We list some of them:

- observation of moving "jumping" stars;

- the case of the observation of the "cigar" near Poltava;

- a large creeping ball at night over the Donetsk "sea" ;

- observation in August 1982 of a low-flying "saucer" in the area of Sukhumi, accompanied by strong vibration, failure of electrical appliances, deterioration

well-being, etc.

We have a number of information and ideas about the extraterrestrial intelligent nature of many of these phenomena. Do you have any information in this area? and do you agree to exchange it?
