1979, August 30, 24-00. Three people saw it. The corona is bigger than the moon. There are glowing dots inside (2 pieces). A blurred ray of light in the form of a cone appeared from the right side of the object. The glow of the crown. blurring the edge. The light is opaque, but paler than the moon. It took 2-3 minutes to move. In the area of the Polar Star, it quickly turned around and disappeared after a flash (1 second). The flash area was illuminated by a larger size than the object, but paler.
The area of the village of Narodikha, south of Barnaul. On the same night, a similar phenomenon was observed in the academic town of Novosibirsk.
