July 15-20, 1981 Near the city Arsk, Kazan region

About 3 a.m. Khalaimov was in the forest, in a car with a woman. I omit the details.

At about 3 a.m. I got out of the car in need. When he came out into the clearing, he saw that a flying object was hanging over the forest.

The object looks like a mushroom with a large convex hat and a short skirt leg. The outer part of the hat is bright red, white lights flashed on it and instantly went out. The inside of the hat and legs are pale blue. Pink light came from the leg, it illuminated the treetops, but did not reach the ground. The object hung motionless. The cap of the "mushroom" had a regular round shape with a diameter of 5-6 m. The height is 10-15 m above the treetops, very low.

Observation is 8-10 minutes. Khalaimov A. has partial paralysis with the preservation of vision and thinking. Then a momentary loss of consciousness, before that something like blindness.

I quote an eyewitness:

"It got dark in my eyes, I can't see anything and I immediately blacked out."

The state of the eyewitness in the observation is mild intoxication. I woke up around 9:00, I was woken up in a clearing.

Khalaimov felt very bad, had an unpleasant aftertaste, could not concentrate on anything, and barely got to Arsk.

I returned to Kazan only a day later when everything was over.
