It happened in 1983 on the night of September 26-27. After work, I came home, but I couldn't enter the apartment, so I climbed to the 5th floor of my entrance, opened the window and began to look at the starry sky.

It was a quiet evening, the sky was clear, the moon was shining behind the house. I determined by the compass that the window was facing west. Above, on the right side, the stars of the Big Dipper were visible, and if you stuck your head out through the window, then you could see part of the Little Dipper with its North Star. On the left side, two bright stars were visible, unknown to me yet, which shone approximately like the planet Venus. I looked at my watch, it showed 22 o'clock. Since there was nothing to do, I began to reflect on our ancestors, who saw the same starry sky, stars, etc. at night.

So, standing at the open window, in the dark landing (the lighting was ruined on the stairs), I gradually felt some kind of unfamiliar feeling, a little like drowsiness. I began to look for the reason for this, looked through the window. Everything was in its place, only these two stars on the left side began to glow brighter, about twice as bright as Venus. And suddenly, below them, I noticed a group of luminous dots that moved across the sky from the left to the right and forward to the west. These dots were visible as in a light fog, the front part was sort of separated from the rest by a narrow strip. they did not move among themselves, but their whole group moved as one.

I stood as if hypnotized and looked at this group of dots, which was moving straight, without audible sound, at high speed. At the end of the journey, she made two or three small zigzags and disappeared. It lasted about 10 seconds. Although I felt the chronometer in my pocket with my hand, I couldn't press its head. The clock at that time showed about 1-00 am. But the accuracy of timing is not great, since I also saw the clock in a fog, and later, I checked the clock readings on the radio signal of the "Lighthouse", it turned out that they were in a hurry for 3 minutes.

The speed at which these points were moving was greater than the speed of artificial Earth satellites, but less than "shooting stars".

The color of these two stars was white, but warm, with a slightly yellowish tinge. The color of the luminous dots was yellowish, with an admixture of red and not so bright.

These points were larger than the stars in size. And the whole group was the size of the moon's disk. There were about 15 points of light in the group, their shape was unclear, but they did not merge with each other. The shape of the whole group was slightly flattened, like two plates superimposed on each other.

It's been 3 months. I tried to take the opportunity to restore past events and re-evaluate them. With the help of recordings, visual, color and simple memory, I succeeded. Of course, it's up to you whether you agree with this or not, but I have to write to you about it.

The 2 stars that were visible on the left side are not stars, but artificial point sources of light. they were arranged vertically, one after the other. The distance between them was one or two lunar disks. The upper one was stationary, and the lower one changed its position at least 2 times. Smoothly or abruptly, I didn't notice it. Because, following the movements of a group of luminous dots, I ventured to look at these "stars" only once and was very surprised that the lower one changed not only its place, but also its shape and color. But I didn't pay attention to it, I didn't even realize what it could be. Only subconsciously noted.

And so, during mine. At first glance, the lower "star" moved to the right, towards the lunar disk, and the shape became like a convex lens. The color turned from white to yellowish, became cold, white with an admixture of ultraviolet. This may be audacious on my part, but I would call these "stars" a space beacon or even a flight control station of luminous dots.

As for the luminous dots themselves, everything remains as it was. It should only be noted that their color gradually changed from yellowish with an admixture of red as they moved away from me to reddish and its brightness decreased.

Yes, I must say that on the flight path of these points and around them, at a distance of about 10 lunar disks, the stars disappeared, i.e. they became invisible.

The "hypnotizing" effect was not provided by luminous dots, but by these "stars", the brightness of which changed, at times they even blinded.
