One morning around 9 o'clock I went swimming on the bank of the Kubeka River, which flows near the village. The guys who were there showed me a shiny ball in the sky and claimed that all the clouds that pass near it disappear (...)

The balloon hung motionless in the sky at the height of the clouds or slightly above them. The ball had a metallic sheen, as aluminum can shine. The weather was cloudy that day, with small cumulus clouds floating across the sky...

When a cloud approached this ball and momentarily covered it, it began to blur instantly and after a while (depending on the size of the cloud) disappeared completely.

There was no noise. Everyone who was on the river at that time watched the ball destroying the clouds. then they got used to him and only occasionally looked in his direction.

I was on the river for about 3 hours and during that time the balloon did not move, as if it was on a leash. then I went to the village, when I returned (I don't remember after what time, the ball was gone.

No one noticed when he disappeared, just as no one saw when he appeared.
