Photos of the saucer crash

I bought a couple of framed photos from a gentleman at the UFO festival and now I see some of the images uploaded here. I think I'll share some slightly higher quality images of the two that I have. The guy was very nice, it was nice to talk to him, he was really very friendly. I can't comment on the authenticity, but I can say that trees of this size are quite common in Oregon.

It was at the McMinnville UFO Festival, and the gentleman's name is Wayne Sturgill. He recounted several of his own encounters, including being hit with something like a ray gun fired from a dish, but made it clear that he didn't know much about these photos. He felt that they could have been given to his father by a military friend. It is worth noting that the image of the flying ship has two distinct segments surrounding the central dome, whereas in the photo of the crash there is one. This makes me think that they are not of the same origin and not of the same object.

Saucer Crash Photos

Bought a couple of framed photos from the gentleman at UFO fest and am now seeing some of the images uploaded here as well. Thought I'd share some slightly higher quality images of the two I have. Guy was very nice and a joy to talk to, really very friendly. Cannot comment on authenticity but I can say trees of this size are relatively commonplace in Oregon.

StillChillTrill:

I see no reason to say this crash is fake. But just to add some clarification: I'm pretty sure a post earlier said the gentleman at the UFO event the "pictures of the pictures" were taken at, were being sold by a gentleman by the name of Wayne Sturgill, the same author as this book. So the images would be similar as the drawing is likely inspired by the picture, owned by the same person. We need to get the budget back under control so we can get to the bottom of crash retrievals and stories like this.

Edit to add: I just read this paragraph and it's confusing but I'm not going to change it I'm sorry <3

I will add this though for you beautiful Redditors:

For additional context, this was at the McMinville UFO fest and the gentleman is named Wayne Sturgill. He recounted a couple of his own encounters, including being struck with a sort of beam weapon fired from a saucer, but made it clear that he did not know much about these photos. He felt they could have been given to his father by a military friend. It's worth pointing out that the image of the craft in flight has two defined segments encircling the central dome whereas the crash photo has one. This leads me to believe they are not of the same origin, and not of the same object.

Hypotheses

Deliberate falsification

This version includes any falsifications that imitate unexplained phenomena both from the outside: practical jokes, flash mobs, fake news, witness fraud, staging, etc.

There are many ways to make something similar to a ghost or a flying saucer from improvised materials, without using video and photomontage.

Many homemade things made for the sake of a joke, a practical joke or a direct imitation of a mystical being or event can be taken as unexplained not only in photos and videos, but also in reality.

Investigation

Versions testing, their confirmation or refutation. Additional information, notes during the study of materials

It is most likely that this is a fabrication using miniatures. As a resident of this state points out in the comments, "The trees are too big for this area." It is also quite strange that one of the military is sitting on what looks like a chair near a UFO in the forest.

Also, netizens found a likely set of soldier toys (German Soldiers At Rest, Tamiya 35129 (1984) for modeling miniatures and dioramas), which was used as a military near UFOs. This explains where the chair came from in the forest.

A hood from a car could be used as a UFO. The network offered this option, but there were a lot of them at that time and it will be quite difficult to find an exact copy.
