In August 1965 or 1966, the guys and I were fishing. At night, we noticed a slowly floating brightly glowing yellow ball with a diameter of about 1 m. Although it flew at an altitude of about 30 m, the spot illuminated by it on the ground was about 20 m. The flight was accompanied by a rustle resembling a whistle. We didn't notice how or where he came from, we saw him when he was already not far away. He moved smoothly, evenly, gradually gaining altitude.

The color of the ball was uniform, as if translucent, no iridescence was observed, sparking too. The speed of movement is about 6-10 km / h (if you run, you can catch up and overtake). They watched for a long time, at least 15-20 minutes, maybe about half an hour, until they disappeared from sight.
