The duty officer noted interference on all radio and telemetry sensors. This happened in a bunker 20 m underground. At the same time, observers on the surface said they saw a flying object glowing red. A few minutes later, the neighboring base announced that they had spotted a UFO in their square at an altitude of 30 thousand meters, going up. The interference disappeared.
It follows from the official report that there were no planes in the air at that moment.
