Vitaly Ivanovich Gritsenko tells us.
In the middle of the summer of 1967, at the corner of Markov and Buachidze streets, together with a friend, I watched a UFO fly at sunset. A red sickle was moving approximately from east to west, and as it moved, the sickle disappeared and a large cigar-shaped object appeared. The visible crescent was slightly larger than the lunar disk.
