In late July or early August, we worked in the upper reaches of the Maruja River. On one of the clear sunny days, at about 15 o'clock, during the route, I, together with the geologist technician Pestretsov, noticed a large disc-shaped body crossing the river gorge from west to east. The strongly flattened disk had a light color - like the moon at night, the diameter of the disk is 30-50 m, at least 20 m. The speed is about 1 km/min. He crossed the gorge 3.5-4 km downstream from us, at an angle to the horizon of about 30 degrees. The coloring is uniform and monotonous, without any visible details. There were no rays, there was no sound. The sun was on the left and behind at that time. The absolute flight altitude is about 3.5-4 km. The disc was noticed when it was already in the middle of the gorge.
