UFO EYEWITNESS SURVEY 03/28/2003.
Held on 09/28/2003:
Khazanovich Konstantin Konstantinovich, Dombrovsky Konstantin Yuzefovich.
MATOKSA VILLAGE (Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad region).
Local residents selling berries, mushrooms and potatoes on the side of the highway confirm that on March 28, some saw some lights in the sky on a "frosty evening" at about 20.20 (at 20.10 a commuter bus departs from a local stop and eyewitnesses remembered the time quite accurately).
Eyewitnesses: The Androsevich family (Gennady Alexandrovich, senior reserve lieutenant (radio electronics), his wife Marina Leonidovna and son Dmitry)
M.L. Androsevich said that on March 28, 2003, on Friday, she went out for a walk with her dog after the end of the television show "Star Factory", that is, immediately after 23 o'clock. In the sky above the forest (20 degrees to the northeast, the height above the horizon is 30 degrees - so the eyewitness pointed with her hand), she saw a large luminous object (the size of 2 lunar disks) silently "hanging". It consisted of two hemispheres facing each other with flat sides. A certain "layer" of round lights was visible between the hemispheres.
"Like a hamburger," said an eyewitness.
Immediately it should be noted that the dog (a large mongrel) did not react at all to UFOs: she calmly wandered next to the owners while they looked at the sky. Marina watched the object for about 3 minutes, after which she ran home to call her husband and son. It took about 5 minutes. Together they watched the object for another 5 minutes, after which it disappeared quite slowly behind the trees in a northerly direction.
According to Marina, small balloons were quickly flying up to the object. Their size was much smaller than the "main" object. The balls, in her opinion, "stuck" to the surface of the object and remained in this position until it was all hidden by the forest. She clearly saw the individual "balls" sticking to the surface of the UFO and drew it.
Gennady Alexandrovich Andrisevich, as a military man, described what he saw very concisely and accurately. It was a spherical object. A chain of portholes stretched along its side. Moreover, at the level of these • porthole lights, he noticed a misty-glowing ring encircling the object (like what is usually drawn around the planet Saturn). A white cone-shaped ray of light radiated down from the object, slightly expanding towards the ground. There was only one light source, but it periodically changed the point from which it came (as if different spotlights were turned on).
Small reddish glowing "balls" constantly (and quickly) flew up to the object and disappeared
(portholes). When all the balls disappeared inside the main object (according to Gennady, these were probes with the collected information), it tilted, assumed an almost vertical position and flew away, rising at about an angle of 70 degrees and moved away in a straight line to the north.
Son Dmitry said that the object he observed looked like a single spherical glowing object in the black sky. Its color, according to Dima, resembled the planet Mars (reddish yellow). Lights (or balls) of a brighter shade flew up to the object from all sides.: UFOs at the same time
it seemed to increase in diameter, "swelling" to the sides.
After the object appeared in the apartment of the Andreuseviches, something rather strange happened. For example, Gennady Alexandrovich's cough pills disappeared without a trace. The eraser lying on the table was stratified: an ordinary two-color and two-layer school eraser for erasing a pencil. The "slices" of the eraser even turned out to be twisted in different directions...
Together with the Androsevich family, the same phenomenon was observed by the Loginov spouses: Alexander and Vera. They do not live in Matox all the time, they come to their own house only for the summer season and on weekends.
Alexander described the object as "cigar-shaped": a luminous shell on the outside, and something like lights inside. To my question (K. Dombrowski), does it look like a "glowing cucumber with light bulbs inside" the eyewitness joyfully replied that it was so. According to him, numerous "searchlight beams" were coming down from the cigar. At least 50. The object "hovered" (as A. Loginov showed) in the direction of 30-40 degrees to the northeast, the height above the horizon is 25 degrees.
Alexander, as a former paratrooper, determined that the object was at an altitude of 800 - 850 meters (which is very doubtful).
Alexander's wife Vera saw the object in her own way. She watched him for 7-10 minutes and did not notice any rays. In her opinion, the object, "hanging" over the forest, flew away in a northerly direction (along the road). She found it difficult to describe the Object, mentioned only something that she associated with a "glowing helicopter". The object "hung" motionless and uncomplicated. It was the absence of any sound that Vera Loginova paid special attention to, rightly deciding that IT could not be a helicopter.
Vera did not notice any flying "balls". (By the way, it slipped through the eyewitness's story that she and her husband had just arrived at their dacha on Friday evening and had managed to "relax well" by 23 o'clock. Perhaps this could have left some imprint on the distraction of attention during observation: for example, it was possible not to notice the flying "balls").
Yevgeny Pilipenko said that he observed the object in the sky twice: after 23 hours, he flew away, and returned somewhere around midnight (that is, Yevgeny did not see the moment of return, the object simply reappeared in the sky). This time, the object stayed over the forest until about 2 a.m. Pilipenko describes the object in much the same way as Marina Andrusevich: two hemispheres connected by a flat side. But the most interesting thing is that Eugene saw how after midnight the object "scattered" small balls from itself to the sides.
The balls ", having flown a short distance, seemed to melt in the sky. The object was a shiny metallic color, and the balls glowed with a bright bluish fire, like electric welding. Measurements showed that E. Pilipenko observed the object in the east - northeast (20 degrees) and at an altitude of 30 degrees above the horizon.
On 28.09.2003, residents of the village of Borisova Griva and the village of Ladoga Lake (Osinovets Lighthouse) (the coast of Lake Ladoga) were also interviewed. No one saw anything.
