"On March 28, 2003, I was in Syasstroy (Leningrad region, Volkovsky district). At 20.45 I got a call and was told to quickly run outside to watch UFOs.
I was standing on Petrozavodskaya Street and looking to the left, to the west.
The UFO, as it seemed to me, hung a little higher than a 5-storey building. Perhaps it was far away, over Lake Ladoga. The UFO consisted of 5 multicolored balls located next to each other: red, yellow, green. The balls are big.
I watched this picture for 10 minutes. Suddenly, a bright electric discharge seemed to run over the object from right to left. And all the pairs fade away one by one.
The balls were about a soccer ball, and even a little bigger. Yes, the balls twinkled, although they were multicolored, They changed color one after another, like a Christmas tree garland. It was all shaped like a plate.
When additional light appeared, the discharge is whether, the balls began to fade from the last (right) one by one. Then everything disappeared."
