Says Kartashev Valery Mikhailovich (electric welder).
On the evening of March 5, 1981 at the Ufa airport at about 9 o'clock local time (19 o'clock Moscow time) I noticed, along with my companions, a bluish point flying from west to east (at high altitude). The object was flying at high speed. It was observed for about 1 minute or more. The object disappeared behind the clouds.
