Vladimir Timofeevich Gaev (the driver of the car tower) tells.
From 17 to 18 May 1981, between 0-15 and 0-20 a.m., I observed in the west, towards Goryachevodsk, two orange-red paired dots, which then the lower point bypassed the upper one on the left aligned with it and then they continued to rise parallel to each other (1.5-2 minutes after the start of observation). I watched for 3-5 minutes until they disappeared from view, hiding behind the window frame.
