Subject: UFO crash
Dear sirs!
During the Russian war in the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria in November 1995, an aircraft of unknown design exploded in the mountains of Chechnya, near the village of Itum-Kale.At the site of his fall, it was possible to collect the remains of the exploded device. Chechen technical experts, who at that time serviced the technical means of the armed forces of Ichkeria, among whom were scientists and engineers, were able to determine the causes of the action of the propulsion of an unknown device, which was identified only as a UFO.
Despite the severity of the fighting and the danger of death, the Chechen technical group collected fragments of the destroyed device, drew up draft drawings and prepared preliminary results on the fact of the conducted research.
The work in this direction was strictly classified and was under the personal control of the President of the CHRI Dzhokhar Dudayev. All the achieved results were reported to him personally, and all the materials were then stored only with him.
After the tragic explosion on April 21, 1996, when D. Dudaev died, the briefcase with his personal archive, which contained documents on UFOs, almost completely burned down. Only a few leaves have been preserved. Three of them tell how the UFO was arranged, and two of them feature technical sketches made by an unknown author by hand.
Post-war investigations into the UFO explosion did not yield any tangible results, since the identified members of the technical group died during the fighting, and no living witnesses to the incident have yet been found. It is not yet known where the remains of the aircraft are buried. There are only three charred sheets picked up at the scene of the explosion on April 22, 1996 by one of the surviving bodyguards of D. Dudaev, from whom we received them.
In our opinion, even these remnants of documents indicate that (with a high degree of probability) the mystery of the UFO movement incidents has been revealed. And if it is possible to find physical fragments of the exploded device, then it seems that earthlings will have to discover a lot of new things and find many answers to long-standing questions..
I appeal to everyone who is interested in the UFO problem, to everyone who is working on this problem. I am asking you to advise me where to go, to which research laboratory, to which scientific institute or university, in order to recreate and build a model of the propulsion system from that unidentified aircraft that made its last flight in the mountains of the Caucasus in the early November morning.
