I explain about this case. At 2-30 on 08/16/97, the platoon commander in charge of the company, Ensign Bonok M.N., reported that an unidentified object was hanging over the industrial zone. I, along with the head of the guard, senior Ensign Kiselyov, went outside and saw bright rays coming over the industrial zone.

I ordered to raise the guard, look at the object, and saw a flying saucer. She landed far from the industrial zone. Junior Sergeant Animisov went towards the facility, I tried to stop him. As a result, the object began to approach us and I ran to the guard. We searched for Anisimov for about 2 hours. then I decided to look for him with the whole company. Literally 5 minutes later, he appeared. The object was located far from the industrial zone and emitted bright light until 5 a.m.
