Alexander Sergeevich Razvozov (52 years old, mechanic) reports.

There was fine snow and cloud cover. The place from where the surveillance was conducted: Afonino village, Gorky region, Brick factory, along the Kazan highway.

The place over which the phenomenon was observed is the Kotovo-Zimenka area.

In the area of Kotov, in the direction of the Volga region, parallel to the horizon, a light formation was moving very slowly, clearly visible against the background of the sky, in the shape of a triangle with the top up. The phenomenon was observed for about 3-4 minutes, then the formation disappeared in the Volga region.
