A slow moving bright ball of light is seen over the city of Diren
A large bright ball of light from white-yellowish to almost orange in color was moving very slowly in the air in a straight line at an altitude of about 20-30 degrees above the horizon. The speed was too low for an airplane, but it could be compared to a helicopter in terms of speed. But absolutely no sound, strobe lights, red or green lights, as in airplanes. There is no airport nearby, and there can be no landing lights, because the object's course was perpendicular to my direction of view. The estimated distance is less than two kilometers.
Approximate size: Much larger than a planet or a car. After about 10 seconds, the light went out or disappeared into the clouds. We watched for a few more minutes, but saw nothing but stars and planets.

Langzaam verplaatsende felle lichtbol
DIEREN, GD — Een grote felle wit-gelige tot bijna oranje lichtbol bewoog zeer langzaam door de lucht in een rechte lijn op een hoogte van circa 20 a 30 graden boven de horizon. Snelheid was veel te langzaam voor een vliegtuig maar kan qua snelheid met een helikopter vergeleken worden. Maar absoluut geen geluid en geen strobe licht of rood of groen licht zoals vliegtuigen hebben. Er is hier geen vliegveld in de buurt en landingslichten kunnen het niet zijn want de koers van het object was dwars op mijn kijkrichting. Geschatte afstand minder dan twee kilometer. Geschatte afmeting: veel groter dan een planeet of een bolide. Na circa 10 seconden ging het licht uit of verdween in de wolken. Nog enkele minuten staan kijken maar niet meer gezien behalve sterren en planeten.
