On the night of the fourteenth to the fifteenth of September, a rare astronomical phenomenon will take place — the Moon will cover Uranus, however, to see this event, you will need binoculars or a telescope.
Due to the fact that Uranus, the seventh planet of the Solar System, is not very high above the horizon and is often illuminated, it is extremely difficult to see it. That's why such phenomena help scientists in their research.
This time, the Moon will cover Uranus from 00:40 to 01:49 Moscow time.
And on the sixteenth of September there will be another very interesting event: Neptune will get as close to our planet as possible. The distance will be four billion three hundred and twenty-four million kilometers.
