The edge of the world — does it exist?
The Danes believe that there is and it is located in the northernmost point of Denmark — Skagen. Here you can watch the unique natural phenomenon: the collision of Baltic and North seas. Due to the different densities of currents of sea water at this point can't merge. Colliding with each other, they form a clear bubbling border, stretching far to the horizon. Even the color of the water on opposite sides of the foam boundaries are different. For centuries two mighty converge to this point and still none of them won.
The great storyteller Hans Christian Andersen in his notes on Skagen wrote: "If you are an artist, then come here! Inspiration here visit the artist, and poet." Watch as two powerful raging elements share a boundless expanse of water, in no way inferior to each other, preferably from the shore. Swimming at the "edge of light" is extremely dangerous due to strong currents.
